PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment, and to obtain a reagent for treating incineration ash capable of obtaining a treated matter of incineration ash, high in effect on suppressing elution of heavy metals from incineration ash, little in increase in volume and weight after being solidified, and superior in the strengths of the solidified matter. SOLUTION: The method for treating incineration ash is characterized by adding a heavy metal fixing agent (A), aluminosilicate (B), and water (D) to incineration ash, and kneading them to solidify the incineration ash. Also, the equipment is provided with an incineration ash supply part, a heavy metal fixing agent supply part, an aluminosilicate supply part, a water supply part, and a kneading part, and is characterized by kneading, in the kneading part, the incineration ash supplied from the incineration ash supply part, the heavy metal fixing agent supplied from the heavy metal fixing agent supply part, the aluminosilicate supplied from the aluminosilicate supply part, and water supplied from the water supply part, in the kneading part, to solidify the incineration ash.
