<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a connecting member and the manufacturing method of a connecting device wherein the connecting member in particular is easy to be formed in a desired shape, and variations of dimensional precision are small. <P>SOLUTION: After a recessed shape notched part 50b is formed on the mold surface 50a, because the connecting member 21 of metal materials is electroformed in the notched part, numerous convexo-mold connecting members are simultaneously formed easily. Furthermore, in the case of a technique to form the convexo-mold connecting members 21 in the notched part by electroforming the metal materials in comparison with a conventional method to form the convexo-mold by etching process to form a metal basic material or the like, if shape of the notched part is changed in various ways, desired convex connecting members can be formed easily, and variations of the dimensional precision also can be suppressed appropriately because control by etching rate or the like is not necessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
