PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to select an optimum standard image to be a standard of making a picture in a short time even if a worker is not an expert. SOLUTION: The worker selects a desired standard image by selecting classification information corresponding to a target image in each category of photographing/scene/detail(dress) by an operation part 110 using a classification database which manages the classification information for classifying a plurality of standard images in each category which has a hierarchical structure. The selected standard image is displayed in a display part 102, and the target image is displayed in a display part 104. If the standard image is selected, and a direction to apply an image processing condition accompanying with the standard image, is carried out by pressing a "→" button 112; the image processing condition accompanying with the standard image, is read out from an image processing information database, and applied to the target image.
