APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING IMAGE AND CREATING MEDIUM, IMAGE FORMING METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR MAKING COMPUTER IMPLEMENT THOSE METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medium creating apparatus for creating a medium in which printing conditions with respect to an image forming apparatus can be set beforehand, and a medium in which a set content is realized at a glance intuitively, and to obtain the image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The medium creating apparatus or the image forming apparatus creates image data displaying the printing conditions with characters or a figure, and bar code data representing the printing conditions based on inputted printing conditions. The apparatus can print out the image data and the bar code data on a set sheet. Moreover, the printing of a printed matter according to the set printing conditions can be performed by reading the set sheet which can be visually confirmed by a user by the image forming apparatus.
