<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material for a vehicle and a manufacturing method therefor which achieve stable adhesion strength. <P>SOLUTION: Since a nonwoven fabric 4 has high adhesion strength against a base layer 2 made of polyolefin resin and a surface layer 3 made of polyurethane resin, stable adhesion strength can be achieved by connecting the base layer 2 to the surface layer 3 through the nonwoven fabric 4. Furthermore, since the nonwoven fabric 4 is made of polyolefin resin, it is connected to the resin of the base layer 2 by interfacial joining, thus its adhesion strength is improved even further. Furthermore, since the nonwoven fabric 4 is reinforced by a net 5, the strength of the nonwoven fabric 4 itself is improved, thus its adhesion strength of the base layer 2 with the surface layer 3 improves correspondingly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
