<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersed power source warranting system which can reduce the risk on a surety side and also enables a user side to agree to it. <P>SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a various cost assessing means which assesses various expenses required in scheduled service lives of solar light generating systems 10, 20 and 30, a guaranteed performance calculation means which calculates, as guaranteed performance, the estimate of a expense obtained by dividing this various expenses by the scheduled service lives, recorders 13, 23 and 33 which measure amounts of power generation of the solar light generating systems 10, 20 and 30 in a specified period, and an actual result calculation means which calculates an actual value corresponding to the amounts of power generation measured by the recorders 13, 23 and 33.
