<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice forming device having a simple forming mechanism without loading on cooked rice, and good maintenance ability. <P>SOLUTION: This cooked rice forming device has such a mechanism that a frame mold 50a forming boiled rice R into a cooked rice forming object O of a triangle rice ball shape is set on the peripheral surface of a pair of molding rollers 41 and 42 opposedly arranged to cross nearly at right angles in the feed direction of the cooked rice R, and the cooked rice is compression-formed in the inside of the frame mold 50a through inserting the cooked rice R into each of the molding rollers 41 and 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
