<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form data processing system effective for preventing a processing mistake by read omission or wrong read of a par value in case that a transaction is requested by use of a business form with handwritten entry such as a transfer application at a financial institute counter. <P>SOLUTION: In a window terminal device 11 of a bank or the like, an authenticated amount 10c corresponding to a handwritten transfer amount 10a of the transfer application 10 is delivered from a host computer after temporarily money receiving processing. When read omission or wrong read is present in read data of the transfer application 10, the handwritten transaction amount is collated with the authenticated amount by check by a clerk in the window terminal device 11 and by a collation means set in an integrated processing center 3, the collation means being composed of, for example, an entry PC 31, a verify PC 32 and an approval PC 33.
