PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device which never causes a characteristic deterioration of an organic EL layer. SOLUTION: In the EL display device, a display electrode, a light emitting layer, and a counter electrode are sequentially laminated respectively in respective pixels of a board face, a counter electrode is constituted of a translucent material, and seen from the planview, a common electrode bus to be superposed on the counter electrode is provided except a region in which at least the light emitting layer is formed, and the common electrode bus is formed at the upper layer of the counter electrode via an adhesive composed of a conductive agent.
