PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealable film indicating high adhesion to metal foil and a metal sheet. SOLUTION: The heat-sealable film is composed of a substrate layer of a polyester with a refractive index in the thickness direction of at least 1.500 and a heat-seal layer which is 4-40μm in thickness, made of a polymer of at least 15,000 in number average molecular weight, and contacted with the substrate layer.
