PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mechanism for holding an FPC substrate capable of holding the FPC substrate without using an adhesion means and components in a lens-barrel comprising; a shutter holding frame located in the lens barrel; a shutter unit which has the flexible substrate connected to a control circuit on a camera body side and which is inserted in this shutter frame from the front and held therein; and an annular cap member which is coupled to the front edge part and holds the shutter unit across the shutter holding frame. SOLUTION: In the structure for holding the flexible substrate of the lens-barrel, a hook-fixing supporting part for hook-fixing the flexible substrate is formed integrally with the annular cap part.
