<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change data in a marker according to situations after the installation of the marker, thus making up-to-date data available to users. <P>SOLUTION: An added marker 2 has a coded tile 31 having an optically readable QR code (R) written on its surface, and an IC tag 32 capable of radio communication.
