<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a non-contact recording medium that a non-contact recording medium cannot be easily disabled without electromagnetic-wave operation from outside, and that the user of a non-contact recording medium cannot easily recognize how to disable the non-contact recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: In the non-contact recording medium which receives an electromagnetic wave from an external device through an antenna and drives an internal circuit, cutting of a circuit connecting an antenna and/or an antenna and an IC chip is facilitated by an easy split section, a cutting start clipping section, a disable instruction display section or the like.
