摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wave monitor that enables decoding that has not been conducted, related to the electric wave monitor that selects a decoding system with respect to a signal that is indistinct in decoding system. <P>SOLUTION: The electric wave monitor comprises electric wave specifications analyzer 1 which analyzes the specification of an electric wave such as a central frequency, a modulation method, and a symbol rate of a digital modulation signal; a demodulator 2 which demodulates the digital modulation signal based on a radiowave specification such as a central frequency, a modulation method, and a symbol rate, and outputs demodulated data; and a decoder 3 which decodes the modulated data to output decoded data. Here, a decoding method selector 4 is added before the decoder 3. The symbol rate of modulation and the information rate of a decoding output are determined one-on-one by the decoding method for each modulation method based on the relationship between the modulation method and the symbol rate analyzed by the electric wave specifications analyzer 1 and the information rate of the decoding output.
