<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconstruct projection data taken with a deviated center of rotation by correcting a positional deviation value of the central point of rotation so that a high-quality tomogram is captured. <P>SOLUTION: A positional deviation value in the case that an error between the time series data of a prescribed projection angle range in a prescribed channel and the time series data of a projection data which counters when the positional deviation of the central point of rotation is presumed becomes minimum is computed from a sinogram. (1) The sinogram is produced. (2) The time series data of the projection angle range is produced from the sinogram. (3) The time series data of counter data corresponding to the time series data of the projection angle range is produced. (4) An error value between the two pieces of time series data is acquired. (5) The positional deviation (x) is moved within a prescribed range and (3) and (4) are executed repeatedly.
