PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction drawing management system capable of covering a large building requiring thousands of working drawings and capable of utilizing advantages based on three-dimensional (3D) CAD by using the 3D CAD for construction stages. SOLUTION: Frame data 300 prepared by a general design terminal 1 are transmitted to a server 4 and stored in a storage part 44 built in the sever 4. Then a partial design terminal 2 is connected to the server 4, necessary layer frame data are acquired, the acquired layer frame data are processed, and the processed layer frame data are sent to the server 4. The transmitted layer frame data are stored in the storage part 44 in the server 4. Everyday, a field management terminal 3 is connected to the server 4, the frame data are acquired from the server 4 at a construction site and the acquired frame data are converted into 3D drawing data by a transformation program 34, so that construction drawings can be checked in real time.
