PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an overhead of a processing control unit, when carrying out distribution processing by a plurality of processors connected to a network, and by the processing control unit for controlling the processors. SOLUTION: The processing control unit (PU) 203 for controlling the plurality of subsidiary processors (SPUs) 207 and the like specifies a cluster adapted to a size or a kind of a task from a cluster list listed up in a prescribed memory, when receiving a task request from any of the SPUs, allocates the task to the specified cluster, and transmits, to at least one out of the cluster and a task requesting SPU, communication setting information (communication address or the like) of the other, so as to transfer directly an execution result by network communication between the cluster and the task requesting SPU.
