PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device having a function for switching outputting using a plug-in unit, which can visually confirm, on the ground, operation state of devices using a light emitting element or the like by detecting the operation state set by the plug-in unit, for easy management of devices in situ. SOLUTION: The transmitter includes a function for detecting insertion of a plug-in unit to discriminate, at a glance, the state in which the device is operated, and a function for discriminating the output state set by the plug-in unit from outside the case of device, interlocked with inserting/removing of the plug-in unit.
