PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit water quantity measuring instrument small in size, not becoming a large-scaled system and capable of simply measuring the unit water quantity of ready-mixed concrete on a casting site. SOLUTION: The unit water quantity measuring instrument 1 is equipped with an air meter 2 for measuring the amount of air in the sample collected from ready-mixed concrete and a portable digital assistant 3 wherein an estimate formula of unit water quantity is programmed and the unit water quantity of ready-mixed concrete is operated from the measured amount of air of the sample, the measured mass separately measured with respect to the sample and the compounding of ready-mixed concrete by the portable digital assistant 3.
