PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely regulate the movement of discs in a case regardless of the number of stored sheets of the discs, and to use the case also as a portable storing container. SOLUTION: The spindle case is equipped with a shutter 5 for opening and closing a part of the peripheral face of an outer case 1 and has a plurality of projections 5A on the inner side face of the shutter 5 in the up and down directions. After the outer case 1 is put on the upper face of a bottom plate 2 on which the discs D are placed and stored, when the part of the peripheral face of the outer case 1 is closed by the shutter 5, at least one of the projections 5A is brought into press contact with the outer peripheral face of each of the placed discs D to regulate the movement of the discs D.
