PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the omission of mounting man-hours too by eliminating the need for parts such as a mounting bracket, a mounting screw, which are necessary for mounting a solenoid valve around an engine individually. SOLUTION: An intake controller of the engine is provided with a throttle chamber 1, a throttle valve 5 rotataly installed in the throttle chamber 1 via a valve stem 2, an electric motor 6 installed outside an air passage 50, a connecting mechanism 51 to transmit the drive of the electric motor 6 to the valve stem 2, a cover 7 installed to cover the connecting mechanism 51 at one side of the throttle chamber 1, and the solenoid valve 10 installed in the throttle chamber 1 to introduce and cut off the negative pressure in a surge tank for a negative actuator installed outside.
