PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade row structure for a turbine establishing a technique for cooling a blade row to cope with future temperature increase. SOLUTION: In a moving blade row ring (2), a plurality of platforms (6) arranged abreast in the circumferential direction and moving blades (4) each of which is fixed to each of the plurality of the platforms (6) are formed. In upstream portions of the platforms (6), flow deflection portions (11) are formed to increase a proportion of inflow of cooling air (25), which flows out of a gap (9) between a stationary blade row ring (1) and the moving blade row ring (2) in the centrifugal direction, into the rotational direction rear sides (8) of the moving blades (4). The flow deflection portions (11) are swelled in the centrifugal direction from reference faces (12) of the platforms (6). The cooling air (25) receives resistance from the flow deflection portions (11), lowers its speed, and relatively retreats to the rotational direction with respect to the moving blades (4). As a result, the proportion of inflow of the cooling air (25) into the rotational direction rear sides (8) of the moving blades (4) is increased. This increase makes pressure distribution of the cooling air (25) more appropriate, and suppresses deterioration caused by thermal change of surfaces of the platforms (6).
