PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft film which has excellent flexibility and scratch resistance, and to provide wall paper which uses the same and has excellent stain resistance and stain removability. SOLUTION: This soft film is obtained from a composition containing a specific propylene copolymer having a melting point of≤100°C as a main component. This wall paper is obtained by laminating the soft film to a foamed resin layer of a laminate prepared by laminating a foam layer formed from a vinyl chloride resin, a polyolefin resin or a polyolefin resin composition to a substrate.
