PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage from skimming of a cash card in the daily behavior of a person while the person easily carries or stores the cash card or credit card in a portable pouch such as a bag or handbag. SOLUTION: A soft skimming protective layer for shielding the cash card stored inside the portable pouch from magnetism and/or electromagnetic waves is formed on a peripheral wall of the portable pouch which can be carried with the cash card such as a credit card stored inside.
