PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing system by debit settlement, capable of coping with both a prepaid card system and a game system by cash. SOLUTION: The game medium dispensing system has a card issuing/adjustment machine 200 allowing a player to easily select whether an issued prepaid card should be used as it is in the prepaid card system or the valuable value added to the prepaid card should be cashed by the adjustment process when the prepaid card is issued by the debit settlement.
