PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous rice cooking device capable of performing appropriate continuous rice cooking operation. SOLUTION: The continuous rice cooking device comprises a tunnel-shaped heating chamber 13 and a transfer means for transferring a rice cooking pot 2 through the heating chamber 13. The continuous rice cooking device also has an infrared burner 21 facing the bottom of the heating chamber 13.
