PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover cloth reversing apparatus which semiautomatically performs reversing work of a cover cloth. SOLUTION: The cover cloth reversing apparatus for reversing the cover cloth for a quilt in the state of being turned inside out to an original state of being turned to the right side is composed of a base 8, a blow port 9 provided on the base 8, an arm 10 for hooking the cover cloth provided on the front part side of the blow port 9, a blower provided inside the base 8 and an operation means for operating the start and stop of blowing off compressed air from the blow port 9. By hooking one end side in a longitudinal direction of the cover cloth 1 in the state of being turned inside out to the arm 10 for hooking the cover cloth in the state of being turned to the right side and blowing the compressed air from the blow port 9 into the part 1a turned to the right side at one end side in the state of holding the hooked end part 1a and an opposite end part 1b of the cover cloth 1, the cover cloth 1 is turned over and the whole surface is turned to the state of being turned to the right side.
