The power module or power chip is used for control of electric loads connected to the chip. The control of the loads via the module follows a timing provided to the module by load control data. The power module is connected to a control module and receives the load control data from the control module. The power module only begins controlling the electric loads taking into account the relevant load control data a predetermined period of time after receipt of that data.
