The device has a spa (1) to contain a suspension, and a set of splashing nozzles (3), which is designed as a part of an inlet unit. The device is designed in such a manner that the nozzles produce a cohesive flow (2) that rises upwards and are collected by the spa. A plate-shaped lamp part (4), which is to be moistened by the suspension, is directed over the flow for moistening the entire surface of the part.
