The gage has a flower-shaped drip pan (2) provided with a scale (5) for collecting the rain. The pan includes a hole at the centre, where a solar lamp (1) is inserted into the hole. The solar lamp has a light reflecting light rod (3). A ground spike (4), base plate, wall mounting or clamp is fixed at a lower end of the light rod. The solar lamp includes a solar module (7) at its top.
