<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment with which a user puts the feet on a swing-like foot holding board, lets the waist half rise about 5 cm from a floor, stretches the waist by self-weight, and performs lumbago relaxation and prevention, calisthenics of the waist, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The foot holding and waist stretching equipment has a form in which hanging straps or chains are hung down from metal fittings mounted on top parts of both side frames, and the foot holding board is connected by the metal fittings and is made to a swing-like state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
