SHARED DECOUPLING CAPACITANCE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus distributing decoupling capacitance among voltage sources in a semiconductor device.

SOLUTION: Decoupling capacitance of at least one shared capacitor is distributed among a plurality of voltage sources for enhancing performance of a semiconductor device with minimized area. The high nodes and the low nodes of such voltage sources each comprises at least two distinct nodes for lowering noise at the voltage sources. In the present invention, a plurality of shared capacitors are coupled to a data charge voltage source depending on bit structure of the semiconductor device.
