<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus distributing decoupling capacitance among voltage sources in a semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: Decoupling capacitance of at least one shared capacitor is distributed among a plurality of voltage sources for enhancing performance of a semiconductor device with minimized area. The high nodes and the low nodes of such voltage sources each comprises at least two distinct nodes for lowering noise at the voltage sources.
