BATTERY MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting structure for an electric vehicle enhancing cooling efficiency of a battery by effectively utilizing traveling wind.

SOLUTION: In the electric vehicle provided with a vehicle body frame 2 having a front frame part 4 obliquely and downwardly extending to a rear side of the vehicle body from a head pipe 3 and travelable making an electric motor as a driving source, the battery mounting structure for the electric vehicle in which the battery 70 for performing electricity-feeding to the electric motor is mounted to the front frame part 4 of the vehicle body frame with a constitution that a cooling surface of the battery 70 is directly exposed to the traveling wind is provided.
