PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission mechanism which reduces the generation of an operational sound and allows for a sufficient lubrication. SOLUTION: A manual transmission 100 which serves as a power transmission mechanism comprises a rotary shaft 10, a clutch hub 50 which rotates together with the rotary shaft 10, a hub sleeve 60 which engages with the clutch hub 50 to be axially slidable, gears 21 and 22 which are mounted on the rotary shaft 10 to be rotatable relative to the rotary shaft 10 and which have thrust faces 23 and 24 facing the hub sleeve 60, and rubber rings 81 and 82 which are mounted on the thrust faces 23 and 24 respectively to be able to abut the hub sleeve 60.
