PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply capable of outputting electric power stably even at low temperature. SOLUTION: This power supply is provided with a DC power source B, a capacitor C1, a voltage sensor 10, a step-up converter 12, and a control device 30. The DC power source B has an internal resistance Rb, while the capacitor C1 has an equivalent series resistance Rc, which is equal to or smaller than the internal resistance Rb at the temperature of -20°C or higher and larger than the internal resistance Rb at the temperature lower than -20°C. The capacitor C1 smoothes a DC current from the DC power source B to supply the electric power to the step-up converter 12. The control device 30 generates a signal PWC for controlling the switching of NPN transistors Q1, Q2 based on motor revolutions MRN, a torque command value TR, and voltages Vb, Vm to output it to the step-up converter 12.
