PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano thin film in a solid state, i.e. with self-supporting property. SOLUTION: A solvent is evaporated from a thin film in a liquid state obtained by sticking a dilute solution of a surface active agent to pores, to form the solid nano thin film covered with a molecular film of the surface active agent.
