PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-compressing apparatus provided with a mechanism capable of reducing the noise caused by the friction with crushed materials when the crushed materials after crushing are press-compressed while minimizing the lowering of a conveying capacity in the press-compressing apparatus provided with a spiral-shaped fin is reduced. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with: compression parts 4, 6 for compressing and discharging the crushed materials by pressure; and a rotating screw 10 having the screw fin of spirally extended surface and conveying the crushed materials toward the compression parts 4, 6 by entangling the charged crushed materials with the rotation and pressurizing the conveyed crashed materials. The screw fin 14 is provided with a two-layer structure composed of a damping layer 15 having a damping material for damping the vibration of the screw fin 14 on the surface layer portion at least in a partial range of the surface at the reverse side of the surface faced to the compression parts 4, 6 in the two surfaces of the screw fin 14, and a constraint layer 16 for constraining the bending deformation of the damping layer 15.
