PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a price of fruit and vegetable have a difference according to a quality(a sugar content) and to give a sufficient reward to an excellent producer. SOLUTION: The subject common fruit sorting facility has a sorting conveyer for transporting trays loaded with fruit and vegetable, a means measuring a scale of fruit and vegetable, and a means measuring the sugar contents. This facility is also equipped with a calculate controlling means wherein a unit price of fruit and vegetable is set according to each size and each sugar content and a forward price of the fruit and vegetable is calculated for each producer from a data of result that fruit and vegetable are sorted according to each size and each sugar content.
