PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framed panel device hard to view an open panel mounting fitting from a front side and enabling an open panel to be opened and closed without being interfered with a frame even when the open panel is formed equal to or larger than the area on the inner periphery of the frame. SOLUTION: This framed panel device 1 comprises the open panel mounting fitting 13 having a guide 17, a slider 19, and a hinge 21. The guide 17 is fixed to the open panel 9 on the rear inner peripheral side of the frame 5. The slider 19 is engaged with the guide 17 slidably in the longitudinal direction. The hinge 21 comprises a slider side mounting part 23 fixed to the slider 19, a panel side mounting part 25 fixed to the rear side of the open panel 9, and a rotating shaft 27 rotatably joining both mounting parts 23 and 25 to each other. The rotating shaft 27 is positioned on the rear side of the open panel 9, and when the slider 19 is slid forward relative to the guide 17 to pull out the rotating shaft 27 forward from the frame 5, the panel side mounting part 25 is formed rotatable relative to the slider mounting part 23.
