<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely absorb relative displacements between an upstream side exhaust pipe and a downstream side exhaust pipe in the twisting direction, expansion/contraction direction, bending direction and in the shearing direction even, if the relative displacements are comparatively large; to improve the sound-proofing effect and the thermal insulation effect. <P>SOLUTION: An inner pipe 24 is provided so as to overlap an inside of a bellows tube 23. Both ends of the bellows tube 23 and the inner pipe 24 are respectively fitted to the upstream side exhaust pipe 13 and the downstream side exhaust pipe 17 so as to enable the upstream side exhaust pipe 13 and the downstream side exhaust pipe 17 to be communicated through the bellows tube 23 and the inner pipe 24. One end part of the inner pipe 24 is slidable to the downstream end part of the upstream side exhaust pipe 13 in the longitudinal direction and tiltably intruded into the upstream side exhaust pipe 13.
