<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating tool which can facilitate the work of a high voltage device by realizing clamping/releasing work for rotating while assuring insulation property without damaging a rotary fastener at a remote position. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary tool rotates a bushing so as to thrust the bushing into the male screw of a transformer installed at a pole. The rotary tool includes a cup 10 having the pressure welding cup 11 of a rubber material which is pressure welded by inserting the outer peripheral surface of the bushing to be surrounded, a sheathing cup 12 for mounting the pressure welding cup 11, and a joint 13 to which the end of an insulating rod is attached. The pressure welding part is mounted at the tip of the insulating rod so that the rotary axis of the bushing inside this cup 10 coincides with the extending direction of the insulating rod. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
