PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of eliminating a non-voice period until a user of an opposite terminal replies a phone call and a caller starts talking even when the caller immediately replies a callback. SOLUTION: In a communication connection system wherein when a caller terminal requests a communication connection apparatus to connect the caller terminal to a called terminal, the communication connection apparatus requests replies of the connection request to both the caller terminal and the called terminal , and the communication connection apparatus receives the replies in response to the connection request and thereafter and connects the caller terminal to the called terminal, the communication connection apparatus requests the caller terminal to transmit a reply in response to its connection request and receives the reply in response to the connection request from the caller terminal, and thereafter requests the called terminal to transmit the reply in response to the connection request.
