A balance gearwheel is formed by a gear (4) coupled to a wheel (2) by engaging the external teeth (5) of the gear to the internal teeth (3) of the wheel. The gear and wheel are trained with an integral division all around. The speed ratio between the gear and wheel corresponds to the correct factor of the division ratio to half of the number of cylinders.
