METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MATERIAL FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a material for civil engineering and construction safe being safe as e.g. a subgrade material by developing a method of completely preventing elution of chemical substances, especially sulfur and selenium, in recycle materials or controlling the elution to a practically harmless level.

SOLUTION: The method comprises adding 1-100 mass parts (an additional number) of a substance eluting Ca ions in the presence of water to 100 mass parts of a recycle material containing various types of chemical ingredients.
