<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic slurry in which a ceramic green sheet produced therefrom has excellent plasticity and its density fluctuation due to the moisture adsorbed on a ceramic powder or contained in a solvent is suppressed, and to provide the ceramic green sheet and the stacked electronic component using the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This ceramic slurry contains a ceramic powder, binder, solvent and plasticizers. In the plasticizers, a first one has compatibility with both the binder and the solvent.
