<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-color pressure-sensitive copying paper, the color developing hue due to the lamination of a microcapsule layer and a capsule ink printing part of which is influenced less by an under layer, the color developing hue of which also varies less due to pressurizing conditions and which has favorable image clarity. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi-color pressure-sensitive copying paper, on the microcapsule layer including an electron donative color former, a transfer sheet locally printed with a capsule ink including an electron donative color former developing a color different from the color developed by the electron donative color former and an accepting sheet provided with a developer layer reacting with both the electron donative color formers are combined together with each other, the color difference ▵E<SP>*</SP><SB>ab</SB>according to JIS Z 8730 between a high-pressure color developed image formed by the capsule ink printing part on the microcapsule layer of the transfer sheet and the developer layer and a high-pressure color developed image formed by the microcapsules included in the capsule ink and the developer layer is set to be not more than 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
