<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a system with the minimum additional facilities/facility costs/maintenance costs/installation space apparatus without greatly changing current medicine prescription facilities for effectively preventing picking wrong dispense of medicine by repeatedly performing checks in each step by allowing a receiving device, a medicine storage device, and a terminal device to cooperate with each other. <P>SOLUTION: A system for preventing picking wrong dispense of medicine comprises a reception device 10 for allowing a picking person to complete reception of picking; the medicine storage device 30 provided at a medicine storage having a number of accommodation cases 22, 23 with medicines; and a terminal device 50 that the picking person carries. The reception device 10 has a reception display section and a reception control section. The medicine storage device 30 has a case display section 31, a picking end switch, and a case control section.
