PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bending apparatus with which a base stock is accurately bent even when springback is generated. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provide with a feeding mechanism 3 for feeding a base stock 1 in the longitudinal direction, a moving mechanism 12 for moving a fixed die 8 into which the feeding base stock 1 is inserted and fixedly arranged and a moving die 10 into which the base stock 1 passed through the fixed die 8 is inserted on a plane approximately perpendicular to the base stock 1 and a revolving mechanism 26 for twisting the moving die 10 around the longitudinal direction of the base stock 1. A control circuit 66 for feeding the base stock 1 in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined feed rate by controlling the feeding mechanism 3 and bending the base stock 1 at a preset bending angle by moving the moving die 10 on the plane by controlling the moving mechanism 12 and the rotating mechanism 26 on the basis of a correction table in which the moving amount of the moving die 10 by the moving mechanism 12 and the twisting amount of the moving die 10 by the revolving mechanism are preset is provided.
