PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress reducing a feeling of oppression caused by the weight of bedding in sleeping. SOLUTION: A protrusion B of sea cucumber shape with a length of 40-70 cm, ideally about 60 cm, a width of about 20 cm and a height of 20-30 cm, ideally about 25 cm, is constructed at one part or two parts according to the width of the mattress in an appropriate position of a lower part (a foot part) of the mattress A. The feeling of oppression caused by the bedding can be reduced by a triangular space formed between the protrusion of sea cucumber shape and the bedding when using the bedding.
