PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition having high detergent power, decreased slimy feeling and excellent deodorizing effect. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition contains (a) a specific compound having a branched alkyl group of a specific carbon number, (b) an anionic surfactant having a 10-18C hydrocarbon group, (c) a surfactant selected from an amine oxide-type surfactant having an 8-18C hydrocarbon group, an amphoteric surfactant having an 8-18C hydrocarbon group and an alkanol amide-type surfactant having an 8-18C hydrocarbon group, (d) one or more oils selected from sage oil, thyme oil, basil oil, peppermint oil, mentha oil, rosemary oil, eucalyptus oil and marjoram oil, and water at specific ratios.
